NVIDIA identifies versioned variants of the Windows `cudart.dll` CUDA Runtime as redistributable components, subject to the distribution requirements and other terms in the [NVIDIA CUDA Toolkit End User License Agreement](https://docs.nvidia.com/cuda/eula/). The NVIDIA display driver is not bundled and remains an end-user system component. ## Development Renderer Terminal Transport The development server uses pinned npm dependency `node-pty` v1.2.0-beta.15, [MIT License](https://github.com/microsoft/node-pty/blob/v1.2.0-beta.15/LICENSE), to receive live output from the unmodified Lumice CLI. It is installed through the committed npm lock rather than copied into the production viewer bundle. The npm package retains its upstream license and native transport payloads. ## Windows Launcher Build Tooling The Windows collaborator launcher resource generator uses the following pinned build-only Go modules. They generate the icon, manifest, and version resource object before compilation; they are not linked into the distributed launcher executable.
